We are fully aware of the importance of good occupancy and how difficult it is to rent a villa for 52 weeks a year.  Additionally,  we appreciate that you will all have your own regular customers and your own occupancy needs.  You may not, therefore,  wish to rent  your property to an Agency for the entire year.

With this in mind, we have created a fast-booking system to suit individual needs and  individual circumstances.  Our system will allow you to manage your villa rental yourselves.  You will be able to post, up-date and review availability as you go along – even at very short notice.   In other words -  total flexibility and efficiency to improve your occupancy.

You will be advised of the booking immediately by e-mail or text message - whichever is your preferred method - and you must then accept the booking.  In the unfortunate situation that you have committed to renting your villa to other people but have omitted to remove the availability from the system, it will be your responsibility to advise the other clients of the error.  In these circumstances, however, we would be able help with availability of other villas held in our system should you need this help.
